Our 17 week doctor's appointment went very well! Dr. Matthews assured me that since I have already had chicken pox, I'm totally safe from the epidemic that has occurred on my hall at school this year. My blood pressure is still low (106/60) and Baby D's heart rate is hanging out in the 140s. She suggested I get a flu shot, but I doubt that will happen. I am really not a fan of needles and I don't ever really get sick anyway. She also said I'm good to go on the cruise, just to watch what I eat and to not sit in hot tubs. Yahoo!
At school this week, one of my coworkers put newborn formula in my mailbox as a joke. This is awkward since I haven't told any of them the big news. I really wanted to make a big "DO I LOOK PREGNANT TO YOU?!" scene out of it, but didn't think I could pull it off, so I just removed the formula from my box. I'm starting to think I may not be able to hide this tummy of mine for the next two weeks.
That's all on Baby D for now!
